WAYNESBORO, PA — A man was charged with terroristic threats following an incident on E. North Street.
Timothy C. Bickham Jr., 45, with no fixed address, was arrested after police responded to a report at 12:54 p.m. on Feb. 7.
Bickham was charged with one count of terroristic threats.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
