GREAT VALLEY, N.Y. — A man was arrested on stalking and criminal contempt charges following an investigation by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Giovanni A. Sciotti, 43, of Great Valley, was taken into custody at 8:18 a.m. Feb. 13, 2026.
He was charged with fourth-degree stalking and first-degree criminal contempt.
The arrest followed an investigation conducted by the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Bureau.
Sciotti was arraigned in the Town of Ellicottville Court by Judge Germain.
He was released under supervision.
Sciotti is scheduled to appear in the Town of Great Valley Court at a later date.
