PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are searching for a 12-year-old girl who has not been seen since Thursday afternoon.
Naomi Ortiz left her residence in the 2600 block of North Fairhill Street on Feb. 13 to attend school.
She last spoke with her mother by phone at approximately 4:45 p.m. while waiting for a bus at 7th Street and Market Street after leaving school.
Ortiz is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
She was last seen wearing a blue puffy jacket, a black shirt with a Freire School logo, black leggings, and carrying a yellow and orange book bag.
