ANNVILLE, PA — A traffic stop on East Main Street led to the arrest of a Pennsylvania man on driving violations.
Police conducted the stop in the 500 block of East Main Street on Feb. 4, 2026, at 4:14 p.m. for a traffic violation, according to the Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department.
The driver was identified as Daryl Anthony Baer, 37, of Pennsylvania.
Police determined Baer had a suspended driver’s license related to DUI with four previous convictions.
Baer was charged with one count of driving under suspension – DUI related, a third-degree misdemeanor.
He also faces one count of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and one count of operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility, both summary offenses.
