MACEDON, NY — Two Macedon men were arrested following an incident that led to harassment and assault charges.
Timothy Mottler, 67, of Macedon, was charged with second-degree harassment.
Cody J. Haupt, 33, of Macedon, was charged with second-degree assault.
Both men were arraigned at CAP Court and released.
Mottler is scheduled to appear in Macedon Town Court at a later date.
Haupt is scheduled to appear in Town of Macedon Court at a later date.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
