WARWICK, RI — A Providence man was arrested early Saturday on a domestic violence charge following a traffic stop on Route 95 South.
Wilmer D. Santana Cabrera, 29, of Providence, was taken into custody at 2:25 a.m. on Feb. 14, 2026.
He was charged with domestic violence – violation of a no contact order, first offense.
Santana Cabrera was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and arraigned by a justice of the peace.
He was turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute Men’s Intake Center as a bail violator.
