STAMFORD, CT — Four men were arrested following a narcotics investigation that led to the seizure of four loaded handguns and crack cocaine.
The Stamford Police Department Narcotics & Organized Crime Unit conducted an investigation into Shayaa Brown, 27, of Stamford, for the sale of crack cocaine within the city.
Detectives obtained search warrants for Brown’s person and his residence at 22 Revere Drive, Apt. #1.
On Feb. 12, 2026, with assistance from the Patrol Division, detectives detained Brown in a vehicle located in the rear parking lot of his residence.
Three additional occupants were inside the vehicle at the time.
The driver, Isaiah Landrau, 22, of Bridgeport, was found in possession of a loaded Ruger SR40C .40 caliber handgun.
A vehicle inventory led to the seizure of two knotted bags of crack cocaine with a total weight of 7.5 grams from the rear floor area.
Detectives recovered three additional loaded handguns from inside the vehicle.
The firearms included a Glock 22 .40 caliber with a high-capacity magazine containing 15 rounds and a Glock 19X 9mm with a high-capacity magazine containing 29 rounds.
Two of the recovered firearms were later confirmed to be stolen.
Also arrested were Jahiem Jones, 23, of Waterbury, and Edmir Andre, 24, of Shelton.
All four individuals were charged with multiple firearms offenses, including criminal possession of firearms and ammunition, illegal possession of high-capacity magazines, weapons in a motor vehicle, illegal transfer of firearms, and theft of a firearm, along with narcotics possession and possession with intent to sell, and related conspiracy charges.
Each was held on a $150,000 bond and assigned a court date of Feb. 26, 2026.
