HIGHLAND, NY — A 45-year-old woman faces felony charges following a motor vehicle accident on Route 44/55.
Heather L. McGill, of Clintondale, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated and felony driving while intoxicated, according to Town of Lloyd Police.
McGill was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Town of Lloyd Court on Feb. 19, 2026.
In a separate incident, Peter N. Golgoski, 48, of Hurley, was arrested Feb. 10 on two bench warrants for petit larceny and conspiracy in the sixth degree.
Golgoski was transported to Ulster County Arraignment Parts Court where he was arraigned and released.
He is due back in Town of Lloyd Court on March 3, 2026.
Alexandro L. Valentine, 26, of Highland, was arrested Feb. 8 on an arrest warrant for disorderly conduct from the Town of New Paltz Police.
Valentine was turned over to New Paltz Police on the warrant.
