YORK, PA — A 22-year-old man faces three counts of driving under the influence following a vehicle accident investigation.
Joseph Dylan Glassmyer, of Pennsylvania, was arrested Jan. 4 at approximately 2:20 p.m. on Bannister Street after being involved in a vehicle accident.
Police charged Glassmyer with three counts of DUI on Feb. 6 after receiving toxicology results.
The incident is being investigated under reference number CR-55-26.
