OWEGO, NY — A man was arrested on a drunken driving charge following a traffic stop on E Main Street.
Thomas M. Franz, 52, of Apalachin, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Take a Breath Test and Fail to Stop at a Stop Sign.
Franz was turned over to Tioga County Sheriff’s custody for arraignment at Tioga County Centralized Arraignment Court.
In a separate incident, Kyle J. Nelson, 37, of Nichols, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following a traffic stop on North Avenue.
Nelson was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Village of Owego Court.
