COVENTRY, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a man on a first degree aggravated domestic assault charge following a disturbance on Vermont Route 14 North.
Joshua Sousie, 40, of Coventry, was taken into custody at 9 p.m. Feb. 10, 2026.
Police responded to a report of a disturbance on Vermont Route 14 North.
Investigation revealed Sousie attempted to cause serious bodily injury to a household member and placed other household members in fear, police said.
Sousie was transported to the Derby Barracks for processing.
He was later held at Northern State Correctional Facility on $5,000 bail.
