SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY — The Saratoga Springs Police Department Special Investigations Unit has arrested a Vermont man on multiple felony drug charges.
Donovan Hopper, 32, of Bennington, is charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree, a Class A-II felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B felony.
The arrest occurred on Feb. 6, 2026.
Hopper was arraigned in Saratoga Springs City Court and remanded to the custody of the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office without bail.
Hopper is scheduled to return to City Court on Feb. 10, 2026 for further proceedings.
