LOCKPORT, NY — An inmate at the Niagara County Correctional Facility has been charged with harassment following an incident earlier this month.
Nicholas A. Holland, 26, of Amherst, repeatedly disobeyed orders by correction officers, threatened officers and threw an unknown liquid onto a correction officer on Feb. 4, according to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office.
Holland was charged with second-degree harassment in connection with the incident.
He will have a future court date in the Town of Lockport.
