SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — South Windsor police arrested a Manchester man on an active warrant stemming from a domestic violence incident.
Andrew C. Lafferty, 54, of Manchester, was taken into custody Friday at 11:05 p.m. on a disorderly conduct charge.
Police said the charge stems from a domestic violence-related incident in early January in which Lafferty engaged in an argument with a victim and threw and kicked items in the victim’s house.
Lafferty was taken into custody by Manchester police and transferred to South Windsor police custody, where he was processed and released on a $2,000 non-surety bond.
He was scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Monday at 9 a.m.
