CHAMBERSBURG, PA — Police are investigating after a vehicle struck an apartment building and the driver left the scene without providing information.
Officers were dispatched to the Hollywell Ave apartments at 11:03 a.m. Thursday for a report of a hit and run.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with the property manager, who reported that a vehicle had struck the building, leaving substantial damage.
The driver did not make contact with any employee of the apartment complex and did not provide information before leaving the scene.
