MIDDLESEX, NY — A 49-year-old man was arrested following a domestic incident on Water Street late Thursday night.
Terry H. Tiller, of Middlesex, was taken into custody at 10:44 p.m. Feb. 6 after Yates County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a physical domestic dispute.
Authorities allege Tiller subjected another person to unwanted physical contact and applied pressure to their throat and neck during the incident.
Tiller was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment.
He was transported to Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
