WARRINGTON, PA — Police arrested a 37-year-old man after responding to a domestic disturbance on Feb. 6.
Officers were called to the 2200 block of Pileggi Road where they found a pregnant woman who reported ongoing domestic disputes with Silas Antonio Salazar-Cordero, of Warrington.
According to the victim, a verbal argument over documents turned physical when Salazar-Cordero allegedly began pushing and shoving her.
The investigation also uncovered a prior assault that occurred on Jan. 29, when Salazar-Cordero allegedly struck the victim in the face.
The victim told officers she is approximately three months pregnant.
Police observed bruising beneath the victim’s left eye and noticeable swelling and redness to the same area.
Salazar-Cordero was arrested on Feb. 7 and transported to the police station where he was processed.
He was charged with simple assault and harassment.
Salazar-Cordero was arraigned by Judge O’Neill who set bail at $100,000 or 10% cash.
He was unable to post bail and was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
