CAMDEN, NY — A 38-year-old man was arrested following a physical domestic incident, according to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol.
Road Patrol Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the Town of Camden on Feb. 5, 2026, for a reported domestic incident in progress.
After an investigation, Mark Breslin Jr., of Camden, was arrested.
Breslin was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a Class E felony, menacing in the third degree, a Class B misdemeanor, and harassment in the second degree, a violation.
Breslin was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman law enforcement building where he was booked and held for arraignment.
