OLEAN, NY — A Hinsdale man was arrested on warrants charging him with selling crack cocaine in the city.
Andrew A. Bennett, 49, was taken into custody by the Street Crimes Unit on charges stemming from two separate incidents.
Bennett was charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
All charges are B felonies.
Bennett was released pending further court proceedings.
