CARLISLE, PA — Police arrested a Pennsylvania man on theft and resisting arrest charges following the recovery of a stolen vehicle.
The Middlesex Township Police Department received a report of a stolen vehicle on Feb. 5, 2026.
Officers identified David W. Steinour, 63, of Pennsylvania, as one of the suspects following an investigation.
The stolen vehicle was later located in Carlisle Borough.
Carlisle Borough Police located Steinour nearby.
He resisted arrest as officers took him into custody.
Steinour was transported to the Cumberland County Central Booking Center for processing and arraignment.
He faces charges of receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking and resisting arrest.
