MORGANTOWN, PA — A 61-year-old man is facing multiple charges after allegedly fleeing from police on a motorcycle Nov. 18.

Bruce Howard Manning, of Pennsylvania, was charged with fleeing or eluding police, driving under suspension and driving without a license.

A Caernarvon Township police officer observed Manning standing next to a motorcycle in the parking lot of McDonald’s at 6176 Morgantown Road at approximately 10 a.m.

A registration check revealed Manning’s license was revoked, DUI suspended and expired since March 22, 2021.

The motorcycle accelerated and the operator looked rearward during the attempted traffic stop.
