MANCHESTER, NH — New Hampshire State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 33-year-old man last seen Thursday morning.
Edward Marro was last seen at approximately 10:20 a.m. in the area of 310 Main Street in Manchester.
Police believe Marro is on foot.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black and gray North Face jacket, a baseball cap and glasses.
Marro suffers from a developmental disability and is easily confused, according to police.
He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 194 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
The New Hampshire State Police activated the Missing Vulnerable Adult/Silver Alert System at the request of Manchester police.
