PARIS, NY — A Clayville driver was cited after colliding with a parked vehicle on Oneida Street on Feb. 2, 2026.
Donald Weagley, 77, of Clayville, was driving a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox southbound on Oneida Street at around 4:45 p.m. when he struck a parked 2020 Honda Accord, according to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol.
Evelyn Pineda Naravez, 30, of Utica, was parked on the shoulder of Oneida Street with her hazard lights activated when Weagley failed to use due care and was unable to stop in time, Maciol said.
Pineda Naravez was transported by Edwards Ambulance to Wynn Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Edwards Ambulance, Sauquoit Fire Department, Clayville Fire Department, Edwards Towing and Mercurio’s Towing.
