CAMP HILL, PA — East Pennsboro Police responded to Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital for a reported assault early Jan. 31.
Officers were dispatched to the hospital at 2:01 a.m.
Police spoke with the victim upon arrival.
The victim reported being assaulted at the hospital.
An investigation was conducted and Hannah J. Elliott, 38, of Carlisle, was identified as the suspect.
Elliott was charged with aggravated assault.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled at Magisterial District Judge Sanderson’s office.
