PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police have located an endangered missing person who disappeared earlier this week.
Norman Sweeney, 79, of Philadelphia, was last seen Feb. 2 at 3 a.m. on the 500 block of E. Allegheny Avenue.
Police said Sweeney may have been in the area of 1400 Kerbaugh Street.
Sweeney is 6 feet tall and weighs 155 pounds.
The Philadelphia Police Department announced he has been located.
