TOPSHAM, VT — A 65-year-old man was arrested on domestic assault and DUI charges Feb. 3.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks were dispatched to a report of a domestic assault at approximately 1:26 p.m.
Through investigation, troopers determined that Michael Kennedy, of Groton, committed second degree aggravated domestic assault and DUI second offense with refusal.
Kennedy was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing.
Kennedy was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court on Feb. 4 at 12:30 p.m.
He was held at the Northeastern Correctional Complex on $500 bail.
