REXMONT, PA — A 55-year-old man was arrested on multiple charges related to child sex crimes on January 7, 2026.
Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Investigators with the Derry Township Police Department, in partnership with the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office, arrested Scot Cerulli of Rexmont.
Cerulli had been in communication for several days with an undercover ICAC investigator who was posing as a 15-year-old juvenile female.
Cerulli agreed to pay money to meet with who he believed was a juvenile female for sex acts in Derry Township.
Cerulli was arrested with the assistance of the United States Marshals Service and was brought to the Dauphin County Booking Center to be arraigned.
He is charged with promoting prostitution of a minor, criminal use of communication facility and corruption of minors.
