Two charged with felony offenses at ACI

CRANSTON, RI — The ACI Investigations Unit charged three individuals with various offenses on Feb. 2, 2026.

Jaquan Johnson, 27, of North Providence, was charged with felony assault.

Johnson was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was presented as a Superior Court violator and granted $10,000 surety bail.

He was remanded to the ACI.

Troy Adams, 41, of Central Falls, was charged as a fugitive from justice from the State of Massachusetts.

Adams was arraigned in Third Division District Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs Department pending his return to Massachusetts.

Alexandra Rodriguez, 47, of Cranston, was charged with obtaining money under false pretenses over $10,000.

Rodriguez was arraigned at the Lincoln Barracks by a Justice of the Peace and granted $5,000 personal recognizance bail.
