NEW CASTLE, PA — Police are seeking the public’s help identifying the owner of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash.
A vehicle struck a fire hydrant in the 600 block of Pearson Street at approximately 8:30 p.m. Jan. 29 and fled the scene, according to the New Castle Police Department.
The vehicle likely has front-end damage from the impact with the fire hydrant.
Anyone with information about the owner of the vehicle is asked to contact the New Castle Police Department.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
