LUZERNE, PA — Police are investigating a targeted assault that occurred at Fat Daddy’s Bar on Main Street on Saturday night.
Officers were dispatched to the bar at approximately 10:38 p.m. on a report of an assault.
A male victim was targeted in the attack, according to police.
A second person suffered a laceration while attempting to intervene in the altercation.
Evidence indicates a cutting instrument was used in the assault, police said.
Both victims were transported to a local hospital and treated for injuries that appeared to be non-life threatening at the time.
Video evidence shows a number of males arrived at the bar, most wearing clothing related to the Unknown Bikers Motorcycle Club, according to police.
The men are persons of interest in the investigation, along with several females who arrived and fled with them after the assault.
The victims are not cooperating with the investigation at this time, police said.
However, enough evidence has been established for the criminal investigation to continue based on conduct that took place in public.
West Side Regional Police, Kingston Borough Police and Courtdale Police assisted at the scene.
