MACEDON, NY — The Macedon Police Department reported nine arrests during the month of January 2026.
Damian Tatchell, 35, of Rochester, was charged with assault in the second degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was transported to Wayne County Jail for CAP arraignment.
Emory Reynolds, 28, of Macedon, was charged with harassment in the second degree.
Reynolds was transported to Wayne County Jail for arraignment and order of protection request.
Denys Koren, 21, of Webster, was charged with petit larceny.
Koren was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Macedon Court at a later date.
William Fabian, 29, of Pittsford, was charged with three counts of petit larceny.
He was issued appearance tickets for Town of Macedon Court at a later date.
Deborah Downey, 71, of Fairport, was charged with petit larceny.
She was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Macedon Court at a later date.
Jillian Beebe, 36, of Palmyra, was charged with two counts of petit larceny.
Beebe was issued appearance tickets for Town of Macedon Court at a later date.
Crystal Wheaton, 41, of Lyons, was charged with theft of services.
She was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Macedon Court at a later date.
Cecil Foster, 22, of Rochester, was charged with criminal trespass in the second degree and harassment in the second degree.
Foster was transported to Wayne County Jail for CAP arraignment.
Leanne Bertollini, 46, of Macedon, was charged with petit larceny.
She was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Macedon Court at a later date.
Cinquasia Graham, 28, of Macedon, was charged with petit larceny.
Graham was transported to Wayne County Jail for CAP arraignment.
