ELMIRA, NY — The Elmira Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a person connected to a larceny that occurred at the Dollar General on College Avenue.
According to police, the incident took place at the store, and merchandise was reported stolen.
Investigators have released an image of the person of interest in the case.
