PHILLIPSBURG, NJ — Police are seeking the public’s assistance in a crash investigation on Morris Street.
The incident occurred in the 200 block of Morris Street on Friday.
Authorities are requesting surveillance video from residents on Morris Street between Bennett Street and Memorial Parkway from 2 a.m. to 3 a.m.
