PLATTSBURGH, NY — New York State Police arrested a 34-year-old man on a felony criminal mischief charge.
Bradly J. Lohr, of Plattsburgh, was arrested Jan. 27, 2026, and charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree for damaging another person’s property valued at more than $250.
State Police responded to Dormitory Drive in the town of Plattsburgh on Oct. 24 at approximately 8:59 p.m. for a reported criminal mischief complaint.
An investigation determined that Lohr became upset and intentionally damaged a window in a stairwell.
State Police later received an estimate for the cost of the damaged window and attempted to locate Lohr.
He was subsequently located, arrested, and transported to State Police Plattsburgh for processing.
Lohr was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Plattsburgh Court at a later date in February.
