CLIFTON PARK, NY — A woman was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging her with second-degree burglary.
Stephanie D. Jones, 39, of Albany, is accused of knowingly entering and remaining unlawfully in a dwelling on Barkwood Lane with intent to commit a crime on July 27.
The charge is in addition to ones filed when she was originally arrested on that date.
Jones was arraigned before Judge Robert A. Rybak in Clifton Park Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
Second-degree burglary is a class D felony.
