DELHI, NY — A 20-year-old man was arrested and charged with assault following an incident reported at a residence on Main Street.
Eddie Outcalt, of Uniondale, was arrested Friday and charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree, according to the Delhi Police Department.
Police received a report from O’Connor Hospital, where an individual sought medical treatment after alleging an assault that occurred at a residence on Main Street in the Village of Delhi.
The victim later provided statements to police and requested that charges be pursued.
Outcalt was located at his residence on Main Street and taken into custody without incident.
He was transported to the Delaware County Centralized Arraignment Part Court pending arraignment.
