SCOTRUN, PA — Pocono Township Police have charged a Massachusetts man with indecent assault following an incident at a waterpark.
Christian Daniel Vazquez Flores, 32, of Springfield, Massachusetts, faces two counts of indecent assault, two counts of disorderly conduct and two counts of harassment.
Police received a report on December 30 of an assault that occurred on December 29 in the waterpark at Great Wolf Lodge.
An investigation revealed that an adult female victim was inappropriately grabbed on two separate occasions by an unknown adult male.
The male left the property with his party before the incident was reported.
Officers identified Vazquez Flores as the suspect through surveillance footage.
The surveillance footage was consistent with the victim’s statements regarding the inappropriate touching, according to police.
