UNION, NY — A 40-year-old Endicott man faces multiple charges including child endangerment following an investigation by the Broome County Sheriff’s Office.
David A. Banks was charged with two counts of child endangerment, class A misdemeanors, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, and public lewdness, a class B misdemeanor.
In a separate incident, two Binghamton residents were arrested following a pursuit through the City of Binghamton, Town of Dickinson and Town of Kirkwood.
Kiley N. Bonilla-Lattanze, 24, of Binghamton, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree, reckless endangerment in the 2nd degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, all class A misdemeanors.
Sean L. Brown, 26, of Binghamton, was charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor, obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, two counts of reckless endangerment in the 2nd degree, class A misdemeanors, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, and 47 traffic violations.
Philip D. Clapper, 50, of Harpursville, was charged with three counts of petit larceny, class A misdemeanors, following multiple larceny investigations in the Town of Chenango.
Jacob A. Crowley, 32, of Binghamton, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.
Dana E. Dioguardi, 46, of the Town of Chenango, was charged with two counts of kidnapping in the 2nd degree, class B felonies, grand larceny in the 4th degree, a class E felony, attempted grand larceny in the 4th degree, a class E felony, two counts of child endangerment, class A misdemeanors, resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor, and obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango.
Michell D. Furgeson, 45, of Windsor, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Colesville.
Matthew C. Hartman, 34, of Maine, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Fenton.
Jacob D. Liddic, 33, of Windsor, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the Town of Kirkwood.
Michael R. Orzelek, 57, of Port Crane, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, misdemeanors, following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Colesville.
Xavier Perez, 33, of Binghamton, was charged with assault in the 3rd degree and child endangerment, class A misdemeanors, following an investigation into child endangerment in the Town of Fenton.
Noemi S. Santos, 40, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the 4th degree following a traffic stop in the Village of Johnson City.
