WAYNESBORO, PA — A man faces a theft charge following a reported stolen motor vehicle.
Thomas E. Knotts Jr., 46, of Waynesboro, has been charged with one count of theft by unlawful taking.
The motor vehicle was reported stolen on Dec. 16 at 6:22 p.m. on W. Sixth Street.
