PHILLIPSBURG, NJ — Police are seeking a man wanted on a charge of terroristic threats.
Akeem S. Vereen, 36, of Newark, is wanted in connection with an incident on Nov. 26.
Patrols received a call for service for a report of threats that day.
The investigation led to charges being brought against Vereen for terroristic threats, specifically a threat to kill.
Vereen was not on location upon police arrival.
Vereen’s whereabouts are currently unknown, but he may be in the Newark area.
He is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
