Four arrested in organized retail crime investigation in Littleton

LITTLETON, NH — Four people were arrested Monday in connection with an organized retail crime investigation involving thefts from Home Depot.

The Littleton Police Department arrested Keith Gillilan, 48, of Lisbon; Ryan Gauthier, 41, of Dalton; Crystal Pilotte, 41, of Dalton; and Ryan Mooney, 41, of Dalton on warrants.

All four were charged with organized retail crime enterprise, a Class B felony.

Gauthier was also charged with six counts of willful concealment.

Pilotte was also charged with six counts of willful concealment.

Mooney was also charged with one count of willful concealment.

The group allegedly conspired to steal merchandise valued at thousands of dollars from the Littleton Home Depot between November and December.

Home Depot asset protection specialists discovered the criminal activity and reported it to police.

Chief Paul J. Smith said the case reflects outstanding work by detectives and strong cooperation with Home Depot’s asset protection team.

All four were released on personal recognizance bail and are scheduled to appear for arraignment on April 14 at Littleton District Court.
