LINCOLN, RI — The Lincoln Police Department is seeking the public’s help to identify two individuals connected to a shoplifting incident at Ulta Beauty.
The incident occurred on Jan. 15, 2026, at the store located in the Lincoln Mall at 622 George Washington Highway.
Police have released images of two individuals they are attempting to identify in connection with the case.
