BROOKFIELD, VT — Vermont State Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash.
Troopers from the Royalton Barracks responded to the intersection of Vermont Route 65 and Stone Road at approximately 10:41 p.m. Nov. 24.
Investigation indicates a silver or grey Toyota 4Runner struck a snowbank before hitting a street sign near the Float Bridge.
The street sign fell and damaged a fence.
The vehicle fled the scene and would likely have front driver side or rear passenger side body damage.
