WARREN, VT — State Police arrested a motorist on suspicion of driving under the influence following a single-vehicle crash on Jan. 23.
Troopers responded to Sugarbush Access Road at 11:17 p.m. for a report of a crash.
Upon arrival, police identified the operator as Wallace Dasilva, 28, of Moretown.
Troopers observed signs of impairment and arrested Dasilva on suspicion of DUI.
He was processed at the Berlin Barracks and released with a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on Feb. 12, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.
