PEN ARGYL, PA — Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man wanted on multiple drug and DUI charges.
Jariel Badillo, 33, of New York, is wanted by the Slate Belt Regional Police Department in connection with an incident in the 800 block of West Pennsylvania Avenue.
Badillo faces three felony counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and three misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance.
He is also charged with misdemeanor DUI involving alcohol and a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and various traffic offenses.
The warrant was issued Nov. 13.

Badillo is described as a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 155 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
