DUNDEE, NY — A 35-year-old man was arrested on assault and menacing charges following a domestic incident investigation.
Jacob D. Catlin, of Dundee, was taken into custody at 12:25 p.m. Thursday on Millard Street.
Yates County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a reported domestic incident at the location.
During the investigation, deputies determined there had been another incident that occurred a week prior where Catlin subjected another person to unwanted physical contact that caused physical injury.
Catlin was charged with third-degree assault and third-degree menacing.
He was transported to the Yates County Jail to await centralized arraignment.
