MILLCREEK TOWNSHIP, PA — Police arrested a man Thursday following a drug investigation that resulted in the seizure of approximately one pound of suspected crystal methamphetamine.
The Millcreek Police Special Investigations Unit, with assistance from the Erie County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force and the Erie Police SWAT team, executed a search warrant in the 800 block of Walnut Street on Jan. 23, 2026.
The search warrant was obtained as part of a long-term drug investigation.
Investigators seized multiple controlled substances, including over an ounce of suspected fentanyl and over an ounce of suspected psilocybin mushrooms.
Investigators also seized small amounts of other suspected controlled substances.
Michael A. Schuler was arrested at the residence and arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Rush on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
He was committed to the Erie County Prison on 10% of a $250,000 secured bond.
