Student charged with assault at Lancaster school

LANCASTER, PA — A 16-year-old male student was charged with aggravated assault, disorderly conduct and harassment stemming from an incident at River Rock Academy on Jan. 15.

The student, of Ephrata, was charged on Jan. 19.

Man charged with burglary in Lancaster

LANCASTER, PA — Police responded to the 3400 block of Columbia Avenue at 12:41 a.m. on Jan. 19 for a burglary in progress.

The complainant reported a male broke into the building by breaking a window and was still inside.

Brian Reese Sebastian, 45, of Lancaster, was taken into custody and charged with burglary, criminal trespass-break into structure, loitering and prowling at night time and criminal mischief.

Sebastian was transported to Lancaster County Prison.

Two cited with harassment in Lancaster

LANCASTER, PA — Sol D Ramos, 43, of Lancaster, and Roselynn Vergara Torres, 42, of Lancaster, were both cited with harassment stemming from an incident on Jan. 18 at Elimar’s Bar & Grill, 2309 Columbia Ave.

The citations were issued on Jan. 19.

Man cited with public drunkenness in Lancaster

LANCASTER, PA — Police responded to the intersection of Harrisburg Pike and Centerville Road at 4:16 a.m. on Jan. 22 for a male jumping in front of cars.

Following investigation, Samuel M Vonstein, 37, of Belleville, was cited with public drunkenness.
