BOSTON, MA — Two men were arrested Friday morning following a narcotics investigation near Mass and Cass that resulted in the recovery of a firearm, fentanyl and crack cocaine.

Members of the citywide Neighborhood Engagement Safety Team conducted an investigation in the area of 774 Albany Street at approximately 10:07 a.m. as part of ongoing efforts to address illegal narcotics activity and quality-of-life concerns in the corridor.

Officers observed behavior consistent with a street-level narcotics transaction involving two individuals near the entrance of a nearby property.

Officers stopped one of the individuals, identified as Luis Martinez Agramonte, 25, of Dorchester, as he attempted to leave the area on an electric bicycle.

A second individual believed to be involved in the transaction, identified as Keith Bradford, 46, of Dorchester, was located inside a nearby building and stopped for further investigation.

Officers recovered suspected crack cocaine during a search of Bradford.

Detectives assigned to District D-4 responded to take custody of the firearm and process the evidence.

The firearm was determined to be a “ghost gun” with a magazine containing 9mm ammunition.

Officers also seized an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency believed to be proceeds from drug activity.
