Man arrested on warrants in West Greenwich

WEST GREENWICH, RI — A Pawtucket man was arrested on multiple warrants Thursday morning following a traffic stop on Route 95.

Jose De Jesus, 30, of Pawtucket, was taken into custody at 8:34 a.m. by Rhode Island State Police troopers.

De Jesus was arrested on three warrants originating from the Pawtucket Police Department: domestic violence violation of a protection order, and two counts of obstructing a court order.

He was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks for processing and then turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.

WEST WARWICK, RI — A West Warwick woman was arrested Thursday evening on a bench warrant during a traffic stop on Crawford Street.

Jamie E. Chace, 36, of West Warwick, was taken into custody at 6:43 p.m.

Chace was arrested on a Third Division Court bench warrant for failure to appear on a technical violation related to an original domestic violence charge from the West Warwick Police Department.

She was transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Women’s Intake.

WEST WARWICK, RI — A West Warwick man faces drug and license charges following a traffic stop Thursday night on West Warwick Avenue.

Ryan E. Nowicki, 44, of West Warwick, was arrested at 10:55 p.m.

He was charged with possession of Schedule I-V controlled substance over 10 grams and under 1 ounce of crack cocaine, and driving with a suspended, revoked or cancelled license, fourth and subsequent offense.

Nowicki was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and arraigned by a justice of the peace.

He was released with a future Third Division District Court date.

Massachusetts man arrested on drug charge in West Warwick

WEST WARWICK, RI — A Massachusetts man was arrested early Friday on a drug charge following a traffic stop on New London Avenue.

Michael M. Joseph, 28, of Arlington, Massachusetts, was taken into custody at 12:43 a.m.

He was charged with possession of Schedule I-V controlled substance, 10 grams or less of cocaine.

Joseph was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and arraigned by a justice of the peace.

He was released with a future Third Division District Court date.

WEST GREENWICH, RI — A West Kingston man was arrested early Friday on multiple charges following a traffic stop on Route 95.

Donald H. Price III, of West Kingston, was taken into custody at 2:46 a.m.

He was charged with possession of Schedule I-V controlled substance testosterone, possession of Schedule I-V controlled substance crack cocaine less than 10 grams, and driving with a suspended, revoked or cancelled license, fourth and subsequent offense.

Price was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a probation violator.
